Scale of charges for the hire of the premises from 1st November 2007

The building is normally closed on Sundays

All Applications for hire should be made to the Manager - Telephone Leeds (0113) 284 3361. A deposit of 50% of the hiring fee will be payable for all bookings where the total hiring fee exceeds £20.00. The deposit is non-refundable. For bookings covering more than one period, or any other information, please contact the Treasurer on Leeds (0113) 267 1070. (treasurer@robertcraven.org.uk)

Morning is the period up to 1.00pm, Afternoon is the period from 1.00pm to 6.00pm, Evening covers periods commencing on or after 6.00pm.

* N.B. After a number of bad experiences, it is now the Trustee’s policy
that we will no longer host “teenage parties”

Represented Organisations

The charges made for hirings made by groups that have representation on the Management Committee are subject to a discount. Further information can be obtained from the Hall Manager

Bar Licence

The Hall is not licenced to sell alcohol. For all bookings that require a license, please contact either the Chairman or the Treasurer at least three months before the relevant date. Alcohol may not be sold for cash without a bar licence.

All bookings are accepted on the understanding that the hirer agrees to
the Conditions of Hire and has signed their agreement to such conditions
